Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping within the USA is free on every order, delivered in 5-9 business days. No minimum spend and no threshold to reach. Need it sooner? Choose Rush Shipping at checkout for $9.99 and get delivery in 3-6 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.

Processing. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start processing the next business day. Delivery windows above are counted in business days from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

Subscriptions. If you are on a supply tier, each renewal ships automatically on the same schedule and you get a tracking email every time. You can pause, reschedule or cancel from your account or by emailing us before the next renewal.

International orders. Flat $15 to every country we serve. Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by your country are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or refund them, and we cannot mark parcels as gifts.

Addresses. Please check your shipping address before you pay. We can correct it if you email us within a few hours of ordering; once the parcel has left us we cannot redirect it. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the original shipping cost.

Lost, late or damaged. If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will replace it or refund it — you do not need to return a damaged bottle.

Every Jurova order is covered by our 60-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 60 days of delivery, return your order for a refund.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return reaches us, and appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping is refunded only if the order arrived damaged or was sent in error. Return postage is paid by you unless the order was damaged or incorrect. The guarantee is intended for your first order of a product rather than repeated use on the same item.

Subscription orders. Every renewal is covered by the same 60-day window. To stop a shipment before it is charged, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

We don't offer exchanges. If something isn't right, our 60-day guarantee has you covered — return your order for a refund and place a new one whenever you're ready.
